Wednesday Night Hop & Beginners’ Lindy Hop 3/11 – Smygpremiär på Moriskan!

Welcome to Cats’ Corners swingin’ Wednesday Night Hop at Moriska Paviljongen. The evening kicks off with a beginners’ Lindy Hop class at 7 pm. And the swinging social dance in Morsikans grand ballroom starts at 7.45 pm.

• Beginners Lindy Hop Class: 19.00-19.45* (Stora salen)
• Social dance: 19.45-23.00 (Stora salen)
• Ballroom door fee: 70kr, 50kr for Cats’ Corner members

• These classes are included in the door fee. No preregistration or partner needed to take part.

LIFTED COVID RESTRICTIONS

Almost all covid-restrictions are lifted on the 29th of September for all that are vaccinated*.

Therefore we will no longer have pre-registration for the social dance on Wednesdays, and we will return to a more normal social dance.

To be able to do so, make sure you’re vaccinated!
If you for some reason can’t vaccinate, make sure to test yourself before dancing**.

Also, remember to accept a “no thank you” if you invite someone to dance. As we always do, but please take extra care. Everyone won’t be comfortable rotating partners as before.

In general, use your common sense, and we will be okay.

With that said, we start to re-open for social dance for real.

The main dance on Wednesdays’ is Lindy Hop, a swing dance originating in the 30-40s in Harlem, NY. But you are always welcome to dance whatever you like or just hang out
