GORDON WEBSTER SWING ORCHESTRA

Pianist Gordon Webster is one of the most sought after musicians in the Lindy Hop world. His tremendous musicianship and passion, supported by his first-hand knowledge of social dancing, have inspired Lindy Hoppers at hundreds of dance events worldwide. Drawing on influences as diverse as Fats Waller, Count Basie, Oscar Peterson and Gene Harris, Webster serves up a smorgasbord of styles unified by one characteristic: irresistible danceability.

For these events he’s bringing his 8 piece swing orchestra to really show whats its all about.

MORISKA PAVILJONGEN GRAND BALLROOM

The concerts will both take place at the grand ballroom at Moriska Paviljongen a beautiful old building from 1902 with a huge wooden dance-floor and lots comfortable sofas if you just want to sit and listen. The venue is located in Folketspark only 8 minutes walk from Triangeln train station.
